All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues are suspected.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
